JO/GA HOMES is the result of the collaboration between Jorge Campodonico and Gaia Sonzogni, two individuals with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds who share a common love for creation and beauty. Our mission is to simplify the complicated and bridge distances by providing innovative real estate solutions to our clients. JO:
Jorge, born in 1983 in Peru, arrived in the United States in 2001 with a small backpack and big dreams. After working various jobs, he discovered his passion for the mortgage business and became one of the most successful loan officers in the Hispanic community at just twenty-one years old. In 2013, he founded City Lending Inc. with a colleague, and today, the company has over 150 employees and funds hundreds of residential loans every month.
GA:
Gaia, born in 1987 in Italy and graduated as an Architect in Milan, moved to Miami in 2012 and began working with some of the most notable design firms in South Florida. Afterward, she started her own construction company, where she worked as a designer and construction manager, completing over seventy projects, including luxury condos and homes in Miami, Puerto Rico, and Italy. Her design firm, GAIA/S STUDIO, focuses on both sustainable architecture and mindful design.
