Jorge Campodonico brings over 24 years of experience in the residential lending and real estate finance sector. His expertise spans underwriting, capital structuring, portfolio analysis, and funding strategy. At JO/GA Homes, he leads financial feasibility, investment modeling, funding coordination, and overall capital oversight across all development projects.

GA
Gaia is an architectural designer and developer with extensive experience in custom homes and luxury condominium renovations. Her background spans more than 100+ built projects across Miami and abroad. She leads the firm’s design vision, construction strategy, and delivery standards through her studio, GAIA/S STUDIO.
